The unfortunate pandemic of COVID19 has shifted both ECPs and Opticians alike in a position warranting an urgent need for a paradigm shift in both goods and service delivery. This rapid fire one-hour course arms both ECPs and Opticians with directly applicable strategies and implementations to ensure both short-term survival and long-term success in the new marketplace ‘normal.’
