Our Employee Engagement Assessment is broken down into the four pillars: Connection, Appreciation, Performance, and Growth. We use the following answer code to determine the level of engagement for each question.
7 = Strongly Agree
6 = Agree
5 = Somewhat Agree
4 = Neutral
3 = Somewhat Disagree
2 = Disagree
1 = Strongly Disagree
