THE CHALLENGE
JT’s Pizza & Spirits has been family-owned since 1975 and is a Grand Rapids favorite for outstanding service, a friendly full-service bar, and delicious homemade pizza, pasta, and more. Like other restaurants struggling during the pandemic, JT’s was looking for ways to increase revenue without additional staffing requirements. They decided to invest in online gift card processing to make the sale of gift cards more accessible and easier for guests to obtain. Unfortunately, making the tool available to the community wasn’t enough to create the sales needed to support it.
THE SOLUTION
Innereactive raised awareness of the online gift card sales portal for JT’s, by creating a “Christmas in July” online gift card promotion with an accompanying communication campaign across digital and social platforms. The response to the campaign was overwhelmingly positive and resulted in a company record of gift card sales during the month of the campaign.
