THE CHALLENGE
Ecenbarger Eye Care is a family-owned optometric practice offering comprehensive medical eyecare, speciality contact lens fitting, and complete optical services. Like many business owners, Drs. Scott and Staci knew a strong social media presence was important to building community awareness and staying connected with patients. However, their team lacked the time and expertise to use the tool most effectively.
THE SOLUTION
With the goals of driving awareness through publishing and building an engaged online community, we designed a custom strategy plan for their Facebook and Instagram social media platforms. This included the copywriting and graphic design of posts, as well as collaborating with their team to communicate their unique personality and brand.
